Job Description and Requirements:
As a Technical Support Intern, you’ll be responsible in dealing clients and providing them first line support. Handling calls, replying to support tickets and passing to higher level team for issue resolution would be your primary job. You may also be involved with works like looking after websites developed in CMS (for e.g. WordPress) [Necessary training to execute works would be provided over internship period].
We’re looking for candidates who are:
- From I.T. background, or have keen interest in I.T.
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English language
- Knowledge of WordPress and idea on Cloud (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft M365 etc.) as well as domain registrations would be of added benefit.
