Business Development Associate

Job Description:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across the group of companies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Collect and contact potential clients, leads and partners for possible business including sales of our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company in different programs, events, conferences, and networking session to build PRs, networking and promote the services and offerings of the company or represent in the way as required by the company.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and other promotional materials required as per the market needs.
  • Assist to create engaging and high-quality content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in planning of operations and growth including but not limited to project planning, budget plannings, operations roadmap etc. of the company.
  • Involve in smooth day-to-day operations of the company including setting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plannings and building strategies as and when required.
  • Assist in managing projects including setting timelines, deliverables and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with the senior management and perform tasks duly and efficiently meeting standards and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in management field
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and business development strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities
