Job Description and Requirements:
- Creating and updating spreadsheets of daily transactions
- Maintaining reports on financial metrics
- Keeping records of invoices and tax payments
- Managing accounts receivable and payable
- Reviewing and processing reimbursements
- Preparing monthly accounting reconciliations
- Preparing income statements, balance sheets, and budgets
- Managing company’s liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
- Reducing operational and administrative costs
